Welcome to HistoryEcho! This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding contract between you, the user ("User"), and the operator of the HistoryEcho services ("Company," "we," or "us"). Please read this Agreement carefully before registering, logging in, or using the HistoryEcho services. By completing the registration process, logging in, or in any way using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please discontinue your use of the service immediately.

1. Service Content

1.1 HistoryEcho is an AI-powered historical learning platform available in both a website (https://historyecho.ai) and a mobile application (App) format. Its core functionality allows users to view history through dynamic age and historical context and to engage in AI-powered dialogue with historical figures for educational purposes.

1.2 The services provided may include, but are not limited to, the following: Dynamic Historical Presentations: A visualized presentation of historical figures and events based on their age and historical context. AI Dialogue Functionality: A feature for members to engage in interactive conversations with simulated historical figures for learning and teaching. Personalized Content: Content recommendations based on user interests and engagement. Other related services: We will continuously develop and optimize new features.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 All content within the service, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, charts, code, software, and all information provided by the Company, is the intellectual property of the Company or its respective rights holders. This content is protected by law.

2.2 Users may not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party in any way while using the service. This includes, but is not limited to, copying, modifying, distributing, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise utilizing the service's content without explicit permission.

3. User Code of Conduct

3.1 Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement when using the HistoryEcho service.

3.2 Users shall not post, transmit, or otherwise make available any illegal, non-compliant, or inappropriate information on this service. This includes, but is not limited to: Hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence. Content that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or reputation rights of others. Illegal content such as pornography, gambling, or terrorism. False, harassing, or defamatory information. Other content that violates public order and good morals or negatively impacts the service.

3.3 Users are prohibited from engaging in any behavior that compromises computer network security, including but not limited to: Maliciously attacking or interfering with the service's servers. Spreading viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious programs. Illegally obtaining or stealing other users information.

4. Account Management

4.1 Users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach, you must notify us immediately.
